The work we do together is about changing perspective and behaviour and ensuring that change is enduring. It is structured around the three Rs – responsibility, risk and resilience.
• Responsibility - by taking responsibility for our feelings and actions, we can set and meet the goals we need to facilitate change.
• Risk - by taking a risk we can move away from familiar and habitual behaviour and open ourselves to new creative opportunities.
• Resilience - by building resilience we can protect and maintain the changes we make against the inevitable pressures of life.
